Newron customers who we have been referred by you, we will pay you 15% commission on net sales of products . Please note that currently we are liquidating our 2009 inventory of products. In the coming months this rate will be revised and if there are changes we'll send you an email to notify you.

Here are some of the benefits of the program:

- We guarantee monthly payments. You will receive your money as soon as the total amount of your commission exceeds CAD $ 50 .
- You'll have access to detailed data on sales and commissions through a control panel on the web.
- You will not have to provide customer service or customer support.
- Our affiliate system works with custom codes (1 code per member). So every time someone mentions you as a source of reference or use your code, we have previously assigned, you will get 15% commission on the amount of net sales.
- Your sole responsibility will be to encourage customers to refer you as a reference or use your code when purchasing our products, at very competitive price.

If your application is accepted, newronsport.com will provide you, with a custom code which will give you access to graphical tools (buttons, banners, logos, etc.) for inclusion on your website or promotional tools. You will also receive a detailed list of every product you can promote.

Commission
According to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement to be signed between the two parties, newronsport.com will commit to pay 15% commission on net sales of Newron products generated by consumers who:

1) Will honor there payment (you do not receive a commission if a customer does not pay there bill in full or if it cancels its order);
2) You have been identified as a source of reference or have used one of your links / code to place each of there orders;

In addition, you will receive a commission of 2.5% for each affiliate referred by you!

Payment is made on a fixed date and every month, if your total commissions exceed CAD $ 50. If the sum of your monthly commissions are less than CAD $ 50, the amount is reported to the next month, which adds to the amount of commissions that you have accumulated during this month. If the total amount of the month exceeds CAD $ 50, you will receive payment for your commissions.

We offer three methods for paying your commissions:
- Paypal
- Moneybookers
- Bank transfer

Newronsport.com reserves the right to refuse any application or terminate any prior agreement. In the case of contract termination, a final payment of any sum due, even less than CAD $ 50, will be sent to you as final payment. We also reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications you will receive changes by mail. If you wish to terminate your agreement with newronsport.com, you must notify us in writing and we will send the final payment of your commissions.
